At Loops & Love Crochet, every item is carefully handmade with love and attention to detail. We want you to be happy with your purchase, and if there’s ever a problem, we’re here to help.
Returns
Because our products are handmade, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Change of mind
Incorrect item ordered
Color or size preferences after purchase
Normal handmade variations in size, color, or texture
Please review product descriptions and photos carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue, please include:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and its packaging
Once we review your request, we may offer one of the following:
A replacement item (if available)
A store credit
A full or partial refund, depending on the situation
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if work has not yet begun and the order has not been shipped.
Once production has started or your order has been shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the item arrived damaged.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, Loops & Love Crochet is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will gladly assist you in filing a claim when possible.
