Loops & Love Crochet provides handmade crochet products for personal use. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective when posted on this website.
2. Products
Each item is handmade, making every piece unique. While we strive to accurately display product colors and details, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your device’s screen settings and lighting.
Because our products are handmade, slight variations in size, color, or pattern are normal and are not considered defects.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders resulting from pricing mistakes.
4. Orders
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity, incorrect pricing, or product availability issues.
5. Payment
Payment must be completed before an order is processed or shipped.
Payments are securely processed through the payment methods available during checkout. We do not store your full payment information.
6. Shipping
Processing times are listed on each product page whenever applicable.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information if available.
Loops & Love Crochet is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided during checkout.
7. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item so we can work toward a resolution.
8. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if production has not yet begun. Once work has started or the order has shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted.
9. Intellectual Property
All photographs, product descriptions, logos, branding, designs, graphics, and website content are the property of Loops & Love Crochet and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Loops & Love Crochet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased product.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
